Timm & Victoria's Wedding | Ohme Gardens | Wenatchee

I said yes. Okay so really Timm and Victoria said yes and it was awesome. But, also I said yes to stepping waaay out of my box and into the 113 degree heat (thanks heat wave) and had a blast photographing Timm and Victoria's beautiful wedding.

They chose Ohme Gardens in Wenatchee for their venue and it was just a dream. Full of nature, ponds, towering trees, butterflies flying everywhere. Oh was I thankful for the shade those trees provided us all on such a hot day.

What I remember most about this wedding was the way Timm looked at Victoria. Just so tender and attentive, so sweet, the biggest of grins you've ever seen. There's no in between smile for this guy. I will remember how it was a complete family affair - everyone chipping in to help and support the newlyweds. And the speeches. There were several, but each so heartfelt and with glowing words about Timm and Victoria.

My dears, you are destined for a life of love and adventure. Thank you for letting me be part of this day.

Good grief this dress on you Tori!

Her something blue was a special family heirloom necklace.

Need to tie a tie for your brother on his wedding day? There's an app for that.

I spy another something blue.

All I said was Timm watch Victoria. Always look at her this way, my man.

Thank you Ohme Gardens for this awesome reflection surprise.

I love this series seeing Timm be so nervous, to seeing his bride, and then again with the huge grin! Also, how sweet is his mom looking back to see how he's doing.

End of aisle kiss for the win.

The intensity of the bouquet toss is palpable.

MOH, this one's for you dear. You hung in there so long despite the heat exhaustion!

It's your wedding day, so three shoe changes is completely acceptable.

Badten Reception | Waterville

Well here's something you don't see on my blog every day - a WEDDING reception! I am so thankful that our friends Tyler and Taerrah asked me to photograph their formals and reception. T&T had a beautiful wedding in Mexico the week before, then came back to get the party started in Waterville.

About that (dare I say vintage) grain elevator. I've passed by this building 100 times in Waterville (which is FULL of sweet gems like this) and thought about what a great back drop it would make. It was pretty awesome to have chilly, but great weather in February so we could use it! I love it so much; we might take some of our own family photos there sometime. :)

Tyler and Taerrah, we are so happy for you! Taerrah, what a gorgeous bride you make. Thank you for choosing me; thank you for being our friends; thank you for dancing with Marlow and letting her pet your dress; thank you for a great night. We wish you a very happy and blessed future as Mr. and Mrs.
